Senior Training is BACK!!!

Great news! After a successful test session on Saturday morning we are delighted to announce that training sessions for senior members are returning. To comply with Track & Trace requirements booking is essential. Each week we will host a variety of small group sessions at different locations. This Thursday (17th) we have 4 options to pick from:

18:25 – Hill session at Lennox Crescent led by Paul
18:25 – Social run at “the ponds” off Angus Avenue (Kingsmeadow Estate) led by Fiona
19:30 – Hill session at Lennox Crescent led by Big Rab
19:30 – Social run at “the ponds” off Angus Avenue (Kingsmeadow Estate) led by Linda

Please note the differing session times above.

If you would like to book a space please visit our website at

I will upload the session plans onto the website in the next day or two but in the meantime if you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Senior Return to Training

Hi all

***12th September 2020 UPDATE: Whilst local restrictions apply, group sizes will be limited to 8 (including the group leader), and social distancing rules apply***

So it looks like we will be able to return to training shortly! Hurrah! The committee has pulled together a set of protocols in line with Scottish Athletics Guidance. This is available in the policy section of the website here:

Seniors Return to Training Guide

We intend to go through the detail of this at the zoom meeting tomorrow (9th September), so if you can, it would be great to catch you then:
