New Session Plan Available

The current club training sessions, running from the 13th December 2016 to 9th March2016, is available to download here. Members can use this spread sheet to follow a suggested training plan and record their own training upon the same spreadsheet. Tuesday sessions are a mix of track and road sessions. Most of these efforts can be completed within a 5 to 7 mile run. Additionally, if the member misses a club night, this still permits said athlete to fit the session into his/her own run.

All Tuesday session and Thursday night runs have been published to the Springburn Harriers Google Calendar and will be posted as events on the Springburn Harriers Facebook page.

PLEASE NOTE: Those attending the Tuesday sessions and Thursday night runs should be at the club for 19:00, ready to start 19:15 sharp.
