Many thanks for your attendance and continued support at last week’s AGM and I will issue the draft minutes for your review asap. As discussed in detail on the night, club annual membership fees are now due.
To accommodate the new charging structure and facilities at Hunters Hill, it was voted at the AGM to increase annual membership fees to £60 this year, £70 – 2018-19 and £80 – 2019-20 – although these figures will be reviewed on a regular basis.
The easiest way to make payment is via Entry Central at the link below or you can register your details on EC and then give cheque / cash to any Committee member (let me know if you need to know who these are). Can you please arrange payment of fees by 31st May 2017 at the latest.
To avoid incurring the £3.00 charge from Entry Central upon renewal of membership, you can pay your fees directly into the SH bank account – if you decide to do this can you please e-mail me to let me know you have done so and also still complete your details on EC so we have the information we require to remain compliant with SA. If you don’t do this, there is also a possibility you will be missed off circulation lists, updates, FB, etc.
If you need any further information on either of the above, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Online Entry for the Jack Crawford 11th March 2017 is now available on EntryCentral. Click here to enter

The current club training sessions, running from the 13th December 2016 to 9th March2016, is available to download here. Members can use this spread sheet to follow a suggested training plan and record their own training upon the same spreadsheet. Tuesday sessions are a mix of track and road sessions. Most of these efforts can be completed within a 5 to 7 mile run. Additionally, if the member misses a club night, this still permits said athlete to fit the session into his/her own run.
All Tuesday session and Thursday night runs have been published to the Springburn Harriers Google Calendar and will be posted as events on the Springburn Harriers Facebook page.
PLEASE NOTE: Those attending the Tuesday sessions and Thursday night runs should be at the club for 19:00, ready to start 19:15 sharp.
